Hello everyone, I am a convenience store owner. I bought a slush machine in this store on July 20, 2022. I spent more than 5,200 on this slush machine. On July 8, 2023, one of the transmission shafts of the slush machine broke. Because the machine was still under warranty, I immediately wrote an email to the seller, and it took about 5 days for someone to come to repair it. The maintenance staff told me at that time that the other two transmissions The shaft broke immediately. I didn't believe him at the time. I thought it was impossible for a new machine to break down so quickly. However, what was also very shocking was that in early September, the other two drive shafts also broke. In late September, the drive shaft that was repaired for the first time broke again. At this point, all three drive shafts of the slush machine stopped working. To make matters worse, the slush machine also had problems with fluid leakage and squeaking noises So, I had to contact the seller again. Unfortunately, I wrote 5 emails in a row, and no one responded to me after more than 20 days. I have no choice but to find someone to repair it myself, but the repair cost is very high, about more than 2,000... The slush machine sold by the seller has serious quality problems. What makes me even more disappointed is that the seller is so disrespectful to customers. Responsible attitude. The purpose of sharing my experience with everyone is to prevent more people from being deceived. Thanks

Nella company, big name in market more than 70 years and have very high end brands with best quality but unfortunately they don’t have a good customer service The workers inside the wear-house very nice and very helpful and they know everything more than the person who answered the phone We called them for funnel stainless steel, we gave them the item barcode, the lady who answered the phone she said we have 5 pieces I went there, they have one piece in show room and have part was missing, when i called the customer service’s manager, he went to her and came back with 4 different excuses - May be you call different address - The website you look not from us - The lady she said we don’t have this item we have other one ( in the barcode have #5 ) 🤣🤣 which very funny excuse After all that lie stories, the customer service’s manager didn’t say any single word like “ sorry, apologize “ nothing!!! Three stars i put - For the brands - People who working in the back - The quality of the products

The absolute worst experience of my life. Made my experience of buying a pizza oven that I saved up for years turn into a complete nightmare. Sold me a floor unit as a new unit…..the oven came to me incomplete with missing parts, and sales rep said that they would be extra and had to be bought separately. Also oven had a couple of dents, and they claimed that I damaged it during shipping, as I was the one that picked it up. The owners are rude and arrogant and could not careless if a customer returns in the future or not. They are not honest people and have no business ethics. Zero customer service and customer care. Absolute nightmare Im only doing the review now because we only had a vourt day dec 1st 2023.

We have been buying appliances at Nella for years but we will never step foot in this organization again! Terrible customer service! Dont care about customers! I’m convinced they sell defective appliances from the manufacturer ! Then they take months to repair the product that remains defective!! Don’t ever buy anything from this place!!

I had very bad experience. I went there with my business partner to buy for our new restaurant. We met Anthonio. I spent there about $16000 on almost everything we needed for our new restaurant. We were told that everything will be shipped on time including the two shawarma machines in July. After waiting they said the machines coming in August then September and then they said they will be shipped in November so after waiting too long and meeting Greg the manager. There was no help. Greg even didn’t pick up my calls and never called me back. The only person was really helpful was Meghan. We had to change our order to get the stuff shipped.

Nella was a complete letdown, and the manager didn't fare any better. The customer service was abysmal, and it was evident that the sales rep, including the manager, had no interest in assisting me. Communication was practically non-existent, and my questions were met with blank stares or vague, unhelpful responses. Even when I approached the manager, I expected some sort of resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the issues I faced, but they were equally dismissive and unhelpful. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Nella, and I have no intention of ever returning. A simple review for a simple truth: steer clear of Nella and its unimpressive management.
